1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BitX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the BitX web application builder platform
  • "User," "You," and "Your" refer to the individual or entity using our Service
  • "Content" refers to code, applications, and materials generated or uploaded through the Service
  • "Account" refers to your registered user account on BitX

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of BitX, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. License to Use Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BitX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes.

This license does not include the right to resell or commercially exploit the Service itself, or to modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use BitX to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content or applications
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Intellectual Property Rights

BitX Platform

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BitX and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

You have rights to use the code and applications you generate using BitX. By using our Service, you grant us access & license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

BitX offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page & any additional taxes as applicable by government.
  • Payments are processed through Razorpay and subject to their terms
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime you like
  • All fees are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to change the pricing without notice

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Breach these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay applicable fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account data after termination.

9. Disclaimers

Beta & Testing Disclaimer:BitX is currently a testing (beta) product. The service may contain errors or issues impacting performance or functionality, and is provided “as is” and “as available.” By using BitX, you acknowledge the product is in testing and accept that some features may not function as intended.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of generated code

You acknowledge that generated code may contain errors and should be reviewed and tested before production use.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune City, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
